Stock options are great but the good part is when the company was in financial trouble, Our CEO awarded more shares to employees. Love the way how he thinks positive during high time.
HSA is great and many healthcare related benefits
We are given more benefits than any other company that i have worked for EVER. I would estimate that we have a $10K benefit package a month! Outstanding!
