Transparent and willing to listen. They spend time in the field to understand market, customer, and Accolade employee needs.
My leader was a level 5 leader and a positivist. I had never worked for someone that was this genuine and kind before.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Stock options are great but the good part is when the company was in financial trouble, Our CEO awarded more shares to employees. Love the way how he thinks positive during high time.
HSA is great and many healthcare related benefits
We are given more benefits than any other company that i have worked for EVER. I would estimate that we have a $10K benefit package a month! Outstanding!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary needs to match work output. Being overworked and not being compensated for it is not something that makes employees want to stay.
We work far too hard for far too little pay and rarely get raises. When we do, they are insulting tiny.
We don’t get raises or even cost of living adjustments
