The people that work in the stores are informative and helpful.
Nice managers with 1 exception. Pay is unfair for whats asked of you. Floor associates slack off and are rarely held accountable; instead cashiers are expected to take on the extra responsibilities. The only positive thing I can say is that they are patient when it comes to training people.

While the day to day work is perfectly fine, management leaves much to be desired. Frequently changing workflows, inconsistent guidelines, poor training, and differing standards for every employee diminish any positive roles this company offers, which are few to begin with. Pay scale is also a joke.
