
We have a great culture. People really want to help each other and our team meetings always begin with sharing gratitude for other team members.
The overall pay is definitely competitive, although no bonus for individual contributors is a bummer. The company is doing really well so either cash bonus or equity would be a great incentive and perk.
The leadership team really cares. They do their best to add new benefits for the team as we grow and have success so some of that success feels shared. They have done a lot during the pandemic to make working at home easy.
