If office staff would communicate better with each other, things would not have to be recommunicated several times. If paperwork was processed in a timely manner, especially for compensation of an employee's time, an employee could feel valued and appreciated.
Communicate positively and follow through with agreements and promises made to clients. Work together as a team and assure caregivers and field assistants feel included in the team. We're all a team and we're all on the same side with the same goal of providing the best care for our clients.
