
Vacation is the standard by local law. The policy is based on the level of the employee within the organization. For example a Director would be entitled to more vacation then an individual contributor. Rarely will the company allow a negotiation for a candidate to increase the standard policy.
Vacation policy at ADP is below industry standard across the board. You'll get 15 days total - maybe - and have to negotiate for that. They also have only 6 paid holidays / company closings per year, where most every other corporation has 11 or more.
