
It's a huge corp so it all depends on where you apply, for what role, and who the hiring manager is. There is no unified process, it's all over the place and thus could be a simple phone screen and a single day of interviews, or multiples of both followed by long waits and/or never hearing a response at all.
I went through a recruiter, so I had a phone screen with them, then with ADP, then an in person. Process was pretty quick - took about 3 weeks from start to hire.
Depends on the position being applied for. For service associate usually it’s just an entry interview and manager interview. For a leadership you can have up to 4 interviews.
Long. Generally its 1-2mths with a full day of interviews near the end of the process. The background check is significant and lengthly.
You may have to put on a presentation to board or department members or you may have to interview with 2 to 3 different managers.
