How challenged are you at ADP?

Very challenged. There is so much information and constant training. They have a university that tracks your completed classes and all training is done in overtime. Some levels are 100-150 hours (in overtime) and you need to have 80% completed before you take the exam for the level 1-4. I made a lot of money working overtime.

Extremely challenged in a bad way. People here cry all the time on the job being over worked the way we are of course people are going to break. It’s so sad that has become the norm. It’s alsopretty common to have people out on stress related disability

Extremely challenged but not because of the work but because of the obstacles I have to jump over placed by my managing team

I like challenges and without challenges I can not move forward
