
Extremely busy and stressful. Very long hours with little compensation or extra benefits. More and more work gets added to us each year so the company can save money. employees and their mental health is not taken into consideration or a concern to ADP executives. Leads to poor quality of life.
Exhausting, frustrating, under appreciated . Client Services is under appreciated and under paid even though we are on the front line having the daily interactions with our clients. Keeping them happy and their business running smoothly yet we get the short end of the stick in regards to everything at ADP
Extremely stessful, emotionally draining on a daily basis. Really effects your quality of life. Managers and executives don’t care about their employees. They only look at the bottom line about making money.
