How's the leadership on the Customer Support team at ADP?

A joke!!!! They don’t care about their employees on a personal level at all. Very corporate and by the book. Everything is about the bottom line. Their is no team feeling or comrotaey. They only care that you are chained to your desk all day working none stop. Super micro managers. ADP corporate makes our daily work lives more complicated on a daily basis that is not needed at all

They work in theory while the rest of us work and live in reality. Huge disconnect between the associates who actually to the work and those who make the descisiond abd “think” they know what our job entails
