This is an extremely broad question, so I will list the accronyms for the dept. I was in. In MAS-CS(PR)-UM things are very drab. Employees are being delegated more work than they can handle. Everyone feels overworked and overwhelmed, not many people would consider themselves happy, many people claim depression due to this job. The immediate management team is fantastic and the other associates are great; it's the executive team that's making it very hard on these employees. It's virtually impossible, and I mean that in a very literal fashion, to keep up with all of your work in only 8 hours. Most people average 8-10 hours a day. This is out of necessity, not because they're ambitious and want extra hours. If it weren't for the family like atmosphere over there (common suffering creates commradism), this would be a miserable position, in my opinion. I don't know of anywhere else in ADP that is this bad though. This department appears to be an outlier.

A minimum of 50 hours a week and still not getting all of our work done. They just keep adding more and more work to our day. Closing office, laying people off, hiring new people in main big office locations who have no idea what they are doing and take years to train the basics to. It’s bad business all around. Everyone is beat down and exhausted walking on egg shells wondering the the ball will drop and it will be our time to go. It’s truly an unhealthy environment and I question why I stay here.

Very dreary and down environment. Everyone is cranky and stressed from being overworked. This time cof year I average 55-60 hours a week. None Year End I average 47-50 hours a week. And they keep pilin on responsibility and work for us. Everyone just complains all day long, upper management is not around and make is very obvious to us they don’t care
