
As long as you’re in good standing (both officially and unofficially) with management they are pretty lenient with letting you work from home as needed. Of course, you also have to show that you’re productive working from home. However, the concept of permanently working from home is something that is being phased out, from my understanding at least.
For me, I do not have access to work at home. On the other hand there is some who do telecommuting and according to them it seems to me something good. because you can reconcile both your professional and personal life
