
INSOURCE and bring back some of the IT managers who built the ITIL environment at URS prior to buying URS. URS had it right and they nuked it all when AECOM bought them
I would encourage open candid discussions and make sure everyone is engaged in their career. Focus on the people and not the revenue. Happy, engaged people are more productive.
A day set aside for food and fellowship. Where the management shows employees they are human! Let employees know they matter. Or at least try something alnog those lines!!
Focus on the client and the employees. There is a large focus on making money, not much else.

better pay and much better healthcare
