How's the vacation policy at AECOM?

Not great. In theory you get 15 days of PTO per year, but they don't provide any kind of sick days, so taking time off for any reason eats into your vacation time. Also, depending on your job, you may work 10 or 12 hour days, and because PTO is accrued in hours instead of days, you end up getting fewer days off total.
