The operations team leadership is demanding but fair. Corporate leadership actions have made it difficult for group management to be effective and “touting the company line” becomes more and more challenging. Our employees are not stupid. They quickly learn that what they are told about the opportunities and future of the company doesn’t come to fruition. We are almost out of the proverbial “wool” we try to pull over their eyes.
