Opportunities exist for the more junior employees due to exceptionally high voluntary attrition. However, at the SR management level, there is little opportunity for career growth. For those entering the workforce AECOM is a great place to build your resume but it’s not a place to have a career. Get a couple years of experience working on complex projects then move along to an employer that values you as an individual. Stay too long and you will find yourself in a position where it is difficult to leave.
