
AECOM is the result of acquisitions. There's no sense of a single, unified culture. Management needs to focus on culture and unity.
Compensation. Trust. Better mid level mgmt and above. Recognizing good work would be nice instead of always recogn bad set backs
Fire upper management from assistant supevisor on down in my 12+ years in avaition I've never seen such arrogant incompetence
Start investing in each employee instead of wasting the money on other things
Reduce administrative burden so the focus can be on the client.
