
It's a good job. A little too chaotic and there's the risk to be left behind. You're mostly on your own trying to figure things out. A lot of 'reinventing the wheel' for no good reason.
The company atmosphere is what it should be.

I'm doing the job of 3 people on 1 salary.
More commitment to the company. Engineers are super entitled. Not everything revolves around them.
Vision, strategy, execution, and the way they're excited and generate excitement about what they do.
They're passionate about what they do. They know where we need to go. They're careful about spending.
Some of them shouldn't have been hired. Can't win any prize money but hard to get rid of.
It's a job. I get money for donating my energy and time. This is how it should be.
Low quality for the job they're given. Have no business being a 'Senior' of anything. I end up doing most of their job as well.
