I am proud to work at Algolia. Although recently a lot of change has set in that has a rippling affect, I think once it is ironed out and my compensation is aligned with my value, things will be smoother. Overall I am happy with Algolia and our growth and vision for the future.

Inflation and cost of living in NYC is rising fast. I haven't received any increase in pay since joining and I have been here almost a year and a half. My compensation is certainly below the market average. Especially given my work load, I think I am in need of a pay increase.
