It used to be amazing until the merge. Then it became very corporate greedy. It's all going downhill from there.
They fired me. And several other managers
First we need to have meetings and work should be distributed fairly. I lost my finger while on the job and they wouldn't help me with anything. I didn't get compensation or anything...I was forced to come back to work and no modifications made that were equivalent to my position.
The attitude of the management, specifically Nicole, is beyond rude and disrespectful. Witnessed her downgrading a young white kid. Will role her eyes in conversation with customers and could careless about her workers. Treats them like shit on the floor. Lost my purchase by what I witnessed.
