I love our customers. They have been there for years so it begins to feel like a familial relationship.
Operations support for the tellers. Their system is so backwards. If they could upgrade their system and processing procedures life would be so much easier.
Caring about the employees more than caring about the bottom line! They are so worried about expanding and growing market share they don't support their existing employees enough.
If it were not such a negative environment we would have a much better experience working together. There is a lot of negative talk but as a whole we support each other.
