The fun attitude everyone has. While we all work hard, we like to have fun with one another.
More structure and understanding would be helpful. It gets a little worrisome when you don't feel confident in what is going on with the company and how your role fits and where you are goihng.
I like that we have a good time when we do things together. Fridays are always fun when we can play games and have a few beers and laugh. I very much look forward to that.
I feel my hard work often goes unnoticed and there is never any good feedback. I get the feeling they feel I'm not doing enough. Also, I was getting paid less than one of my direct reports up until they were fired after I had been here half a year already.
Communication, and thinking long term. While I understand things will change often due to the nature of the business and it being a start-up, but it seems like we are working one way, then switch to a different way every other month. A clear plan needs to be made and stuck to.
