What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Organizing a company structure with clear jobs/titles/and roles. Empowering people with decision making power to execute their jobs based on their clearly defined roles and responsibilities. All of these things should align clearly with company goals with a strong leader to keep everyone aligned.

Communication, and thinking long term. While I understand things will change often due to the nature of the business and it being a start-up, but it seems like we are working one way, then switch to a different way every other month. A clear plan needs to be made and stuck to.
