The company allows us to work autonomously.
Employees are engaged and they work together on all work related projects and help where necessary. It does not matter who gets credit for what because they accomplished everything together. Our employees are knitted together, not separated.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
There needs to be a true organizational structure with actual C-level organization and management.

There just isn't much focus on positives... We're constantly putting out fires and talking about the things that went wrong or need to be improved. And when it feels like it takes forever to make proactive steps forward, it leaves less to be excited about.

More structure and understanding would be helpful. It gets a little worrisome when you don't feel confident in what is going on with the company and how your role fits and where you are goihng.

Communication between the teams could be improved. People think to share info with their own team, but sometimes other teams could use the info too and don't receive it
