My peers are smart and resilient, and are great at what they do. They are eager to work as a team.
Change the Bro Culture, give employees a work/life balance (a large emphasis is put on forcing family to pick up your slack so you can focus on work 150%), and, while the process works insanely well, they need to recheck the reality of how relationships are formed in accounts/timelines, etc.
