DEI - being fair to all employees (managers and support staff). Empathy - mental and physical wellness is important to employees - don't hold these against the employee. Honest and open - clear is kind; unclear is unkind. Be honest and open and don't lie. Advocate for your direct report.

Too many employees not enough work, slow to move in an agile space. Cisco bogs down AppDynamics snd competitors are surpassing

Compensation is relatively low compared to other similar tier company. More RSU and higher Base salary to be more competitive in the job market.

Company emphasizes non base salary to be competitive, but this can dissapear fast if markets do poorlu so its not as dependable

True DEI efforts where everyone is truly equal. Support for the AAPI community (ERG would be great). eStaff open to listening to the employees. Actually doing something about high attrition. Be honest.

Focus on delivering technology first and foremost. Do that by figuring out a more collaborative way for Cisco and AppDynamics to work together. Too many internal conflicting interests that ultimately detract from the holistic solution delivered to the customer

Change the Bro Culture, give employees a work/life balance (a large emphasis is put on forcing family to pick up your slack so you can focus on work 150%), and, while the process works insanely well, they need to recheck the reality of how relationships are formed in accounts/timelines, etc.

The company is dying a slow death.

Cisco bureaucracy, slow to advance career, brain drain at the company, too many reps. Make patches bigger, find a way to more easily sell with Cisco, pay competitively to other major software organizations
