eStaff and managers do not treat each employee/DR fairly. Managers do not know how to manage. No growth opportunities.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

The company is dying a slow death.

What did you like most about the interview process?

Very straight forward and easy.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Stock option - available to all employees regardless of title or status. Other compensations such as big bonuses, stock awards and equity are only given to upper management.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

I do not trust my team as I have been thrown under the bus behind my back. It's hard to trust they have my best interest in mind.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

True DEI efforts where everyone is truly equal. Support for the AAPI community (ERG would be great). eStaff open to listening to the employees. Actually doing something about high attrition. Be honest.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

DEI - being fair to all employees (managers and support staff). Empathy - mental and physical wellness is important to employees - don't hold these against the employee. Honest and open - clear is kind; unclear is unkind. Be honest and open and don't lie. Advocate for your direct report.
