Communication (both giving and listening), incentivizing employees, delegating, not being stuck in a singular mindset/thinking loop

I know I'm being paid less than what I should be given the current market and inflation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We're all helpful and supportive of all the other team members and the projects we each are working on.

The openness that they have for anyone in the company to go to them with issues as well as ideas.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We as a team truly are supportive of each other and everyone's goals. We work together and help out when needed, we definitely are people who want to hang out and grab a drink or dinner after work with each other. It's always been such an incredible group of people.
