The last two years have been tough -- a lot of unexpected roadblocks up against smart plans. We could all use some tailwinds. Expectations for performance are high. Our ambitions are substantial. All good things, and an exciting environment but we've had thin resources. That needs to change to win.

Overall, looking at all the time it is generally positive. However the last two years have been very challenging from the top-down but I also see things may be headed back in a more positive direction based on recent progress.
