Helping remove obstacles to project progression makes me happiest. Doing research on tough problems is a close second.
The people make the experience. The offices spaces are meh (open office). But the co-workers make it bearable.
Asking you questions to gauge whether you "think like an engineer" which i think is reasonable for an engineering company
Short term Incentive. But considering how much unofficial overtime we may pull, it may not be as good as it seems...
Feels like senior management has any idea the amount of work required to get from point A to point B in our cumbersome process. I think latest developments rung their bell a little bit though :-)
