My team is filled with driven, over achievers who are always willing to lend a hand, I am very lucky in that regard.

We're a stitch & glue team. What one person lack is complemented by another. We also don't need to be micromanaged, and that's what being pushed upon us at the moment.

no team work at all. people act as only others should adapt to their way of working.
Some meetings can be emails instead.
Follow corporate policy and process
Most people are tired and bitter. Meets are highly ineffeective and overall mostly not needed. Conversations are top down, no questions, do it or else in tone.
Morale is pretty low so getting anyone to do anything is pretty difficult. Getting everyone to work as a team seems like a lost cause.
