What do you like best about the leadership team?
Talented and sharp and strong vision

No micromanagement. Trust in employee
They are understanding and flexible with peoples' situations.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Actually providing feedback to workers and not just platitudes.
Leadership is only interested in new products but existing products and customer issues do not get the same attention to detail.
Pay the engineers at market rate. Stop inundating engineers with busy work. Be clear about role clarity. Reward high performance.
Diversity matters and they need to understand it
Less micromanagement, fight FOR your employees and not against them.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
the amount of bonus paid
I believe its a fair deal since the benefits are standard for everyone at the same location.
401(k) employer match , health package and work / life balance.
Bonus,13th salary and many vacation days.
Cheap medical and dental plans available.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am a contractor. They shouldnt use stating agencies to compensate same positiong employees unfairly.
Company is still using the the curve systeem and it is totally unclear how or why one does not get a raise or promotion
Review the promotion scheme and the remote work policy.
No stock options provided. Bonus is on par. But also the location where they are located is also. high cost of living

What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is filled with driven, over achievers who are always willing to lend a hand, I am very lucky in that regard.
Easygoing manners and a lot of experience in different industries

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
no team work at all. people act as only others should adapt to their way of working.
Some meetings can be emails instead.
Follow corporate policy and process
Most people are tired and bitter. Meets are highly ineffeective and overall mostly not needed. Conversations are top down, no questions, do it or else in tone.
Morale is pretty low so getting anyone to do anything is pretty difficult. Getting everyone to work as a team seems like a lost cause.

Being in touch with brilliant minds

Technologically challenging, can-do mentality without space to explore new limits.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Organizational understanding. Structured approach to all business lines, not just the new models. Paying to retain senior people. Burn out leads to huge turn over that isn't necessary. Get rid of rack em stack em system,it's demotivating and only works when you can have same manager multiple yrs
Better leadership and people who are understanding of what Quality is
Better process, company culture, reporting hierarchy
Hire people with the right skillsets. The leadership structure is broken by hiring people who can only count #'s and appease upper management.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Our customers are becoming increasingly frustrated with the higher cost, and reduced quality from ASML Factory. We are unable to make decisions as quickly as before, and frequently miss oppertunties due to this paralsis. The amount of red-tape we have as a company prevents quick resonces to reques
Too much useless paperwork that doesn't benefit the local team.
