I learned a great deal ar ASML because of the sheer volume of work and great talent. Unfortunately I was the only woman on the leaadership team ans found it very difficult to build relationships. It was very cliquey and lots of finger pointing and ultimately I left. Hours were also crazy, no WLB.

The co-workers are great, management seems to come across as clueless, the process can be very bureaucratic, the pay is reasonable, the technology is awesome, and the challenges plenty.
