Too much useless paperwork that doesn't benefit the local team.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Morale is pretty low so getting anyone to do anything is pretty difficult. Getting everyone to work as a team seems like a lost cause.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Too many people managers and project leads that are not technical. Their jobs could literally vanish and the technical workers wouldn't even notice. Technical management is badly needed but that simply doesn't exist.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The leadership has no idea what their workers are doing. This is making it increasingly difficult on performers who are doing extra work while others are getting away with going to meetings all day but not actually doing anything.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
the organization is getting larger and larger making it easy for many people to get away with not doing any work at all. This makes it difficult for people actually doing the work - overburdening them and not getting compensated or recognized for the extra work or effort of picking up others slack.
