
Morale is pretty low so getting anyone to do anything is pretty difficult. Getting everyone to work as a team seems like a lost cause.
Too many people managers and project leads that are not technical. Their jobs could literally vanish and the technical workers wouldn't even notice. Technical management is badly needed but that simply doesn't exist.
The leadership has no idea what their workers are doing. This is making it increasingly difficult on performers who are doing extra work while others are getting away with going to meetings all day but not actually doing anything.
