I like that the leadership team makes an effort to make the employee experience enjoyable, and gives you an opportunity to be heard if you have comments or feedback.
If there were a level of transparency across my team to understand why other team members are given certain titles/compensation compared to others, that would be helpful. As it stands now, it seems as though I am doing the same duties + tasks as team members with higher titles + salaries.
