Our leadership team is extremely transparent into what the company is working on, what direction we're moving in and why they make the decisions they do. And it makes you, the employee, feel valued.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Axios pays extremely fairly and has benefits that take into account all the different life changes people may go through across the course of the year. Plus there's little stuff, like wellness benefits, that aren't expected but always appreciated.
