What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As a non-white person, I feel like Axios genuinely tries to create an inclusive environment and gives me the space to meet other colleagues who are like me.

I had an opportunity to meet employees who'd be peers, subordinates and supervisors and have a thorough understanding beforehand
