What do you like best about the leadership team?
Great communication and a style of leadership that works both in generating strong revenue and editorial output but also in making employees feel included and proud to work here. Those feelings have only increased during the pandemic.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think I'm paid fairly for my work. I also appreciate the many smaller perks, such as cell phone reimbursements and a WFH stipend.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Again, I think the energy and enthusiasm. There's a lot of proactive communication so everyone feels connected even during the pandemic.

What did you like most about the interview process?
I was employee number 30-something, so the process has changed a lot. I loved how fast it moved and the interest in my ideas that were actually implemented after I joined.
