The worst employer I've had; there are so many valid drivers to support exceptionally high employee turnover: low pay, high stress, favoritism, weak products lacking vision and ROEs, discrimination, hostile workplace, intimindation. By no means a meritocracy and board independence is questionable.
Get rid of board and replace with independent advisors
