The only positive I have about the executive team are their work ethic. Other than that, the company is filled with blame-shifting and lack of transparency.
Their understanding, flexibility, trust in their employees
Great vibe about them. Encouraging.
Mid-level management was supportive, but upper management team was not.
Great work culture. Great workplace for entry level
They push you to be your best and to give your best
Being realistic with performance expectations. Stop micro surveillance of employees.
Better compensation for middle management that provide real leadership.
The leadership team needs to improve in fostering trust, promoting collaboration across silos, reducing micromanagement, and prioritizing employee well-being over excessive surveillance.
Pay us more, treat us better
Everything , they are not very employee focused
Providing the training needed for their team members. Poor leaders only make things more challengjng for all.
Employee culture and work life balance
Fairness, investing in people, product development/mgt, communication and true accountability.
Change culture, adopt a meritocracy, develop competitive products and stop making bad acquisitions that don't pan out
Hire and train bankers. Compensate fairly to engender hard-workers who are motivated and loyal. Stop trying to mask the bank's weak products and losses with acquisitions that don't pan out. Integrate the messy web of IT systems that may become the bank's Achilles heel while gloating a digital mantra
