I'd have to say the employees who care and actually want to succeed and be successful!
The ones that show up everyday and give a 110% are some of the greatest folks I've ever worked with!
Don't interview people because they are sent to us by a temp service and then they receive the safety orientation.
Safety needs to be taken seriously by all departments and entities. The rules need to be followed by all and need to have clearly defined expectations. Morale would be better served if the machines were maintained properly and hours lost only to be made up then maintenance has less time to maintain
