What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to the people in the trenches who have sound ideas on areas of improvement. Stop making ivory tower decisions.
Less promotion of company's lofty goals, and start listening to the workers in the trenches.

Opinions and suggestions are dismissed without consideration. More stable work schedule

They care about what they do even though it goes un-noticed.
The ones that show up everyday and give a 110% are some of the greatest folks I've ever worked with!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Learn to do the job they were hired for and not pass there job to someone else and stand around doing nothing all day in Smyrna ny
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
everyone is open and accepting of everyone

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Safety needs to be taken seriously by all departments and entities. The rules need to be followed by all and need to have clearly defined expectations. Morale would be better served if the machines were maintained properly and hours lost only to be made up then maintenance has less time to maintain
What did you like most about the interview process?
the tour of the facility, knowing what to expect.

Don't interview people because they are sent to us by a temp service and then they receive the safety orientation.
