
STOP KEEPING A RACIST MANAGERS, I used to work in southern California market , where are Latin managers (Spanish speaking) who only do favoritism to the Spanish speakers like them, anybody else they hate. Thanks,,,,,,,
I agree. I had two managers speaking about my performance in Spanish, thinking I did not understand. It was also in front of another employee that spoke Spanish. Extremely unprofessional.
Oh yes, but the current culture is to lay off in service areas to save money. That causes dissatisfaction in employees & clients. They go elsewhere
Employees could be paid more because the tellers are the people that customers are the first thing they associate with.
Treat them with respect instead of treating them as a number.
