
Better management and professionalism with the management staff

Better management, professionalism, to stop favoritism and allowing servers to be prejudice
I believe that the management staff needs to be evaluated for they have done many things to wrong their workers
The servers are able to bounce back from anything, and I enjoy working with chefs for the most part they all have good attitudes for the most part
I feel undervalued because I am constantly reminded by my superiors that I am replaceable when they do not get what they want out of me, they expect the servers and chefs to work under horrible conditions. We are always out of something which makes it look bad on the servers end
