The owners need to retire or sell the company. They are easily the most corrupt and unethical people it has ever been my displeasure to meet.
A standard bank of questions and a formal evaluation/grading form completed by the interviewer. BSM hires anyone with a pulse because the company's turnover is so high. They just need bodies.
Stop looking out for yourselves and be leaders. The department VPs are scared to death of offending the CEO (and his wife). Stop working your staffs to death to earn your 10% per quarter bonuses.
The department heads earn 10% per quarter (40% per year bonuses) working their staffs to the brink of death! The turnover this year is over 60% because of these practices. And management thinks a 0.75% quarterly bonus is motivating. What a joke!!!
My co-workers need to be better trained. No one is ever trained. People are thrown into roles that they are either not qualified for or do not know how to do. My favorite is when they have me do odd jobs in work clothes. Might as well paint a gravel driveway...this place is a dump.
