Vacations are hard to get off from Request. It is accumulated by year and hours. Every time I request in my department there is an excuse of projects needed to get done. Every month there is a sale and projects. It is hard to get a vacation when I need it. Life and work balance is hard at Bloomingdales. Employees are burned out and unhappy.

It used to be really good. New management is allowing only one week of vacation per quarter even though you get 15-25 days. Sick days are unlimited.
