What I like best about the current leadership team is that they are colleagues before leaders, and that some of them take an opportunity to listen and not listen to respond. Allowing internal promotions and opportunities to learn and grow.

It's not What you say it's how you say it. Especially when you're working with people nowadays. When the customers treat you better than the associates in the Store leadership should take a look at their leadership team. This is for the Bloomingdale and chestnut Hill.

The best part I love about this company is the opportunity to work and earn a degree if you meet the minimum requirements at no cost to yourself.

Im retired money is not a motivational factor its nice but you have to have a feeling of fulfillment and usefulness After going out for dinner and Bloomingdales a100% of my salrey is gone and thats ok

More base pay, benefits and arrangement is good but havent given me the full guidance on how to obtain these benefits.. more clarity on how i can make more

Treat everyone the same and better pay for what we have to do

Paid an equitable wage for 17 years of knowledge and experience, and amount if work expected.

I believe compensation commission coukd be higher or hourly wage + commission. It is a classy store with great designers and customer base and should match the brand and mission of the store.

What are some of the best things about your team?

The only good thing is some of the co workers ive met at the flagship. We've had really good employees come but they rarely stay long since its so disfunctional. We have had the store hire mentally ill people and an actual convicted child predator so this made things very uncomfortable for us.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Stop taking away customers and sales and work and help each other

stop disappearing for hours, clean up after themselves, complete the daily tasks that are required so it isn't always the same people doing everything

Replace leadership and executive team, and hire the table group as organizational consultants.

Be under better leadership. The selling floor managers are never anywhere to be found and never on the floor. They set the tone which is why no one wants to do anything. Poor leaders!

The interview process was very easy. It was as if they were eager to hire and were happy with basic qualifications. They are not very picky and will hire most people if they have positions open.

Update your horrible b- connected system for more user friendly, discover talented people and give them support, educate upper management how to do their job without harassing their associates, bring real HR team who can help and support us.
