Paid an equitable wage for 17 years of knowledge and experience, and amount if work expected.
I believe compensation commission coukd be higher or hourly wage + commission. It is a classy store with great designers and customer base and should match the brand and mission of the store.
The only good thing is some of the co workers ive met at the flagship. We've had really good employees come but they rarely stay long since its so disfunctional. We have had the store hire mentally ill people and an actual convicted child predator so this made things very uncomfortable for us.

Stop taking away customers and sales and work and help each other
stop disappearing for hours, clean up after themselves, complete the daily tasks that are required so it isn't always the same people doing everything
Replace leadership and executive team, and hire the table group as organizational consultants.
Be under better leadership. The selling floor managers are never anywhere to be found and never on the floor. They set the tone which is why no one wants to do anything. Poor leaders!

The interview process was very easy. It was as if they were eager to hire and were happy with basic qualifications. They are not very picky and will hire most people if they have positions open.
