Go to work to have fun and grow. Small activities to brighten up a boring worklife is the most entertaining to me. Such as a bake sale that we had. Also the award ceremony is nice.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Motivate the employees on the floor as well as well as being kind to the housekeeping staff
