What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process was very easy. It was as if they were eager to hire and were happy with basic qualifications. They are not very picky and will hire most people if they have positions open.

Communication is a must and dorsnt hapen often
Implement a standardized in-house interview process--woth oversight and onsite HR Manager.
