Bloomingdale's Leadership Employee Reviews

What do you like best about the leadership team?

What I like best about the current leadership team is that they are colleagues before leaders, and that some of them take an opportunity to listen and not listen to respond. Allowing internal promotions and opportunities to learn and grow.

They are all pretty Knowleable and willing to help or believe i can achieve on my own

Best leadership team I ever worked for

Responsive, on the ball, backs employees

Authentic and down to earth

Open, patience, approachable, makes themselves available, encouraging

Walter good with the sales and getting merchandise on the floor but not with the sales associate horrible hopefully this in confidence please no relation

Review from Sales Dept

Easy to work with , but everyone answers to someone above them

Always there to support you

Review from Sales Dept

They are generally intelligent people.

To bring the best in others Especially the ceo

Great honest ingenious empathetic creative

Review from Sales Dept

I really enjoyed my time working at Bloomindale's. I was surrounded by great people and I enjoy going to work. The workload was a bit much at times but again very positive environment.

Review from Sales Dept

They always work together as a team

Review from Operations Dept

They are open to ideas and treat everyone in the company with respect. They're also very appreciative of hard work.

They are on top of everything and very helpful.

Review from Operations Dept

to create new things that are futurist that will shock our shoppers.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Needs a better leader in fragrance

It's not What you say it's how you say it. Especially when you're working with people nowadays. When the customers treat you better than the associates in the Store leadership should take a look at their leadership team. This is for the Bloomingdale and chestnut Hill.

Communication development training and listening

Treat everyone equally. And not just pick a favorite

Do know what would help

training, being present, helping out their staff when there aren't enough of us to do the work.

Training, how to manage a team and support his employees

Learning to work together and respect their teams. Not walk around with their tablets and pretend they are working and better than the associates. The way we ate spoken to is not okay nor very professional.

Review from Sales Dept

The team is biased! Hire leaders that know how to lead especially at the King Of Prussia location

Review from Sales Dept

They need to start treating the employees with more respect

Review from Sales Dept

not being biased and learn common mannerism

Review from Sales Dept

Delegating & handling their own responsibilities. Actually know what is going on.
