
Tons of work as our engineering department is understaffed
I love hard challenges and I get those every day. I learn new stuff every day. I also feel like being super important here, which nicely bolsters my ego. :D
Paid more than I ever thought I would be while studying even before considering the equity program. And the equity program will likely allow me to fund my own business one day.
I interviewed 4 years ago, things have changed a lot since. As a senior employee, the thing I like most is that the interview process is thorough and I get to work with top people.
They really push culture and strong values, it's not yet another faceless corporation. Also, it's the kind of a company that actually put a gigantic inflatable rubber duck on the roof of a new office just for the lolz.
We have less people than we should have at our size, probably because our hiring is quite picky. But the result is having some of the best people in the field on board. They also do like to have fun. :)
